La práctica que planteo es una invitación a recrear desde lo textual una experiencia corporal y sensorial. Se trata de realizar una improvisación de danza prestando atención a lo que se hace, lo que se siente, lo que se piensa, para después reproducirlo en la memoria y traducirlo a texto.

En el ejemplo, entro al espacio que registra la cámara y me focalizo en un reconocimiento, un reencuentro y una reconexión con mi propio cuerpo, después de una larga temporada de descanso a raíz de una enfermedad. Una vez ejecutada la danza, me siento y escribo la experiencia vivida.

The practice that I propose is an invitation to recreate a corporal and sensory experience from the textual. It is about performing a dance improvisation paying attention to what you do, what you feel, what you think, and then reproduce it in memory and translate it into text.

In the example, I enter the space that the camera records and I focus on the recognition, the reunion and the reconnection with my own body, after a long period of rest due to illness. Once the dance is performed, I sit down and write the lived experience.
